What is Online Coaching?
Online coaching allows individuals to access coaching for powerlifting or strength training that would otherwise be unavailable to them.
Your level of ability doesn’t matter; online coaching is for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes.
Our coaching service is delivered through online platforms to allow the lifter and coach to communicate regularly and effectively, with technique feedback and training program refinement delivered on a weekly basis.
We work with a wide variety of lifters, from novices & beginners to national champions and world record holders.
They all receive the same high level of coaching and service.
What are the benefits of online coaching?
Before discussing the many benefits of having an experienced coach, i’ll detail a couple of the previous situations where alot of people come to us from.
Many of our current and previous coaching clients had come from either having another coach or using various online strength or powerlifting programs such as Starting Strength, 5/3/1, StrongLifts and Sheiko etc
Unfortunately, many of the free programs available online are cookie cutter style programs, and don’t fit the lifters individual needs.
They’re not adjusted to the lifters training history, available equipment, schedule and life factors. BUT this isn’t to say these programs don’t work!
They just only work for a certain period of time, before progress comes to a grinding halt.
In most cases these programs are not able to address what’s best for the individual and have no scope to long term development and progression.

For many, having a coach, takes overthinking out of the equation, allowing the lifter to focus their time, effort, and energy on the actual training process, with the coach structuring training to move in the right direction in the most effective way possible.
Alot of our clients relish in the accountability that having a coach brings. For many, turning up and consistency is never usually an issue, rather a lack of structure and a plan is.
To be accountable in training, all you need are clear goals and a willingness to let someone help you achieve them.

Our online coaching is $49 per week, debited fortnightly ($98)
Simply click on the sign up button to enter your details for our direct debit system and you will then be linked to our questionnaire; once you have completed the questionnaire, you will be contacted within 24 hours.

No, there are no contracts or minimum subscription periods.
If you choose to cancel at any stage, you may have a final fortnight debit to pay for that period of training.
We work with whatever equipment you have access to, so if you have a home gym set up, we will program according to your equipment.
If you train at different locations, we can program accordingly.
You can communicate via social media platforms such as Facebook messenger, Instagram or Email.
Training lifts are generally best recorded from halfway between the front and side, but your coach will let you know if a different angle is required.
Please trim videos to only include set up and the working set.
In short; the more in depth feedback about how you are responding to the training you can provide, the better.
Let us know how each session went; how did your technique feel? Did the weights feel heavier or lighter than usual?
Let us know about factors that may be impacting your lifting like; are you under alot of stress? are you sleeping and eating consistently and well?
All of this feedback allows your coach to adjust and optimise your training accordingly.
Absolutely. You can notify us of any past and present injuries or niggles you are experiencing and we can adapt your training accordingly.
